Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Custom Orders

All products are custom-made based on customer specifications. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve all design details before production.  We are not responsible for errors (spelling, design choices, etc.) once approval is given.

2. Proof Approval 

For custom designs, we will provide a proof /mockup before production.  Once a proof is approved (via message,  email, or checkout, the order is considered final.  

3. Payments

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed.

We accept payment through platforms such as our website, Shopify, Venmo, or other approved methods.

4. No Returns or Refunds on Custom Items

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.  We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom items unless there is a clear defect or error on our part.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be changed or canceled before production begins.  Once production has started, no changes or cancellations will be accepted.

6. Turnaround Time

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on order volume and complexity.
